Q: For how long have you been in the cleaning business?
You can rest assured that your home is in good hands, as we have been in the cleaning business for many years. We have improved the quality of our services over the years, and can proudly claim that we are one of the top cleaning companies in Melbourne. The great number of satisfied and loyal customers is the best proof that the work we do is impeccable.

Q: Should I give you a deposit?
Our company does not have an up front deposit policy. The payment is only made after the cleaning job is completed, and you have inspected the property. When our cleaning team is done, you can go over the job with the supervisor of the crew, and make the payment to him / her. We accept cash payments and standard Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards. However please have in mind that if you decide to pay via card All card payments will be secured by holding (pre-authorising) the confirmed amount before the service is organized. The actual payment will be processed upon completion of the service. If no card payment is completed for the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount held will be automatically released by the card issuer within up to 5 business days of the day of the pre-authorisation. All card payments are subject to 2% transaction fee.

Q: When do you require cancellation fee?
Cancellation fee is required only in two cases:
If you cancel the booking less than 48 hours before the service. However please have in mind that if the service is organized 48 hours before the actual service the cancellation fee will still apply.
If you fail to provide access/parking to your property.

Q: Do you accept short-notice bookings?
Even though, we recommend early booking, so that you can choose the most convenient time and date, we have cleaning crews spread in various parts of Melbourne, so we usually accept short-notice bookings.

Q: Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
​Not at all. We are extremely flexible and ​you can let us in and came back to the premises later on, or you can leave the keys at ​a nearby agency or at a safe lock box. Some of our regular clients even give our cleaners a key to their own place, so they can come and clean while they are at work.

Q: Is there anything I need to do before the cleaning?
​Yes, in most cases our services require water and electricity​ so those have to be available, although we can organize cleaning teams that supply generator if required. When cleaning furnished properties, we expect the areas booked for cleaning to be free from heavy furniture. If you happen to book a cleaning of your fridge, you will have to disconnect the power at least 24 hours prior to the service.

Q: Will I have the same cleaning person with each visit?
​Our One-Off cleaning teams are usually booked a week in advance so if you book them early enough, certainly yes. We do offer housekeeping ​services too and our cleaners there are available on regular basis​.

Q: What are your working hours and are they flexible enough to accommodate my schedule?
We aim to provide high-end service that will not interfere with your busy schedule, therefore, our teams are available 7 days a week without any exceptions. The cleaners start as early as 8 am, and usually take on the last appointment for the day at 5 or 6 pm on weekdays. During the weekend we accept bookings from 9 am. There is no increase in the price of our services on Saturday and Sunday, however, if you want to get a specific time and date for the service, advanced booking is strongly recommended.

Q: Will I have to pay for parking fees?
The price you pay, includes all services and taxes. However, parking fees, should there be any, are not part of the deal, so you might need to cover them. If you can provide free parking spot for our team, you will be free of charge.

Q: What methods do you apply for carpet cleaning?
The carpet treatment depends mostly on the type of your carpet but generally our cleaners begin by vacuum cleaning it to remove dust, loose dirt, pet hair, and other particles. Afterwards, the carpets are pre-treated, so that stains could be loosened or entirely removed. The next step is shampooing the carpets. Once the required amount of time has passed, the shampoo is removed via high-end steam cleaning procedure, which enables us to completely remove stains and dry off the carpet at the same time. Following the cleaning, deodorant is applied to the carpets and they are dried with an industrial fan.

Q: How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
With steam cleaning and fanning the carpet as much as 90% of the moisture is removed from the fibres. However, you will still have to wait 2 to 4 hours for the carpets to completely dry, depending on whether or not a product for carpet protection is applied.

Q: Do you provide insurance in case your cleaners accidentally damage my carpet?
Even though we aim to employ the most skilled and seasoned cleaners and to provide state-of-the-art equipment, accidents do happen. Nevertheless, our company is fully insured and will take responsibility for any damages inflicted on your carpets or upholstery during the cleaning process.

Q: Do you bring your own cleaning products or should I provide them?
In the price of the services End of Lease, Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning, we have incorporated the cost of all the cleaning products and the professional equipment, so your only concern is providing access to the property.

Q: Do I need to defrost the fridge and freezer before your cleaners arrive?
It is advisable to defrost your deep freeze, freezer or refrigerator prior to the arrival of the cleaning crew. This will allow them to speed up the cleaning and deodorising process.

Q: Does this service include oven cleaning?
Yes, oven cleaning as well as thorough kitchen appliances and cupboard cleaning is included in the price of the End of Lease Cleaning service.
